Patient Qualifications for Med Sync
This topic is part of the Med Sync section that is intended for independent pharmacies only. This topic is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
Prior to enrolling patients in the Med Sync program, the patient must have certain information on their Profile, and the patient and prescription must have certain statuses.

For a patient to be enrolled in the Med Sync program, they must have the following information on their Profile.

Phone - required for Med Sync to perform outbound calling
A patient must have a specific status to be enrolled in the Med Sync program.

If a patient that is enrolled in the Med Sync program has they status change from that is included in the program to one that is not included, their enrollment in the program must be manually changed in the Programs tab.

Only prescriptions with a specific status or type can be enrolled in the Med Sync program.

If a prescription that is currently enrolled in the Med Sync program has its status change from one that is included to one that is not included in the Med Sync program, the prescription needs to be manually removed from the program.
If a prescription that is currently not enrolled in the Med Sync program has its status change from one that is not included to one that is included in the Med Sync program, the prescription must be manually added to the program.
